12 October 2020

Last week, the construction of an estate was inaugurated in Toruń as part of the government housing program Mieszkanie Plus, which is being implemented by PFR Nieruchomości. The estate is located between Okólna and Generała Władysława Andersa streets and will consist of eight four-storey buildings. Each of them will house 40 apartments, 10 on each floor. On the ground floors, there are two apartments adapted for the disabled. Almost all the premises located on the first floor will have tenants’ gardens separated by hedges. According to the project prepared by the Warsaw studio S.A.M.I. Architects, the central part of the estate will be a square next to the main entrance on the eastern side. In its immediate vicinity there will be a recreational part with a playground.

The general contractor of the investment is Pekabex, which will implement it in the modern prefabrication technology. This means that 15 thousand. sqm consisting of 320 apartments will be built from elements prepared in production halls. Prefabrication allows you to carry out work regardless of weather conditions. According to the assumptions, construction works will take 17 months. The first keys to the apartments are to be delivered to tenants in June 2022.
