A tender for the top job at KGHM will begin May 9, according to company officials. In addition, it’s seeking to create a new management board that would also include specialists in finance, production and development. “Following Qaudra’s take over, the company’s activities have become much wider and more complicated,” says Jacek Kucinski, the president of the Supervisory Board. “That is why we decided to expand our management team.” The tender is to be settled in the middle of June.
