The Corinthia and Swissôtel hotels, developed by Niro Investment Group, postpone their opening by two years compared to the originally estimated deadline. The Corinthia Hotel was scheduled to open in 2022 and will be ready in 2024, and the Swissôtel will be ready in 2025, with the initial deadline being 2023.
“In business, an essential ingredient is predictability, which in this period has become a rarity, but nevertheless, things are moving forward, we have learned to adapt, manage difficulties and continue the implementation of all our investment projects,” says Anca Simionescu, general director of Niro Investment Group.
Corinthia will be the first luxury boutique hotel opened in Romania under this brand. At the same time, the Swissôtel hotel will be the first hotel under the umbrella of this brand in Romania.
