Cosmopolis, one of the largest residential projects in Romania established in 2006 by Opus Land Development, is among the nominated projects for HOF Awards 2017.
The Cosmopolis project is located in the north-east area of Bucharest, close to the Ring Road, between the bridges of Pipera-Tunari and Andronache – Stefanestii de Jos. Over 2300 apartments and villas were finalized, the community established in the project having more than 3700 people. Until now, the investments in Cosmopolis have attained over €260m, in constructing the units, infrastructure, commercial areas and green spaces. The 4500 residents that inhabit the compound today, will be joined by another 10,000 in the next 7 years, as the developer intends to build upon up to 60% of the 90 ha it owns, leaving 40% to green areas and entertainment options.
