The family of entrepreneur Ion CrÄciunescu has set up a mobile concrete mixing station on a 14-hectare plot of land near the iResidence construction site, a residential development they are developing in Pipera.
Ion CrÄciunescu entered the real estate market with the iResidence project, which will include a total of 520 apartments and in which he has been joined as a partner by Elisabeta LipÄ. The investors are now working on the first phase of the project, which is due to be delivered in December 2024. The investment is estimated at around EUR 80 million and is being carried out on land behind the Pipera Plaza shopping complex in Voluntari.
