The Călin and Alina Dobra family have been authorized to demolish the former Energomontaj factory in eastern Bucharest, in place of which they want to build a retail park that will include, on half the land, a Kaufland hypermarket and a Lidl store, and on the other half will be shopping malls. Investors are currently in the process of obtaining urban documentation. Last year, Real Estate Solutions bought, with about EUR 10 million, the land of about 6.2 hectares on which the Energomontaj factory operated.
