The first stage of the Skanska investment in Wrocław – Centrum Południe – has been put into operation, providing nearly 26,000 sq m. sqm modern office space. Centrum Południe is the first office building in Wrocław to receive the prestigious WELL certificate. It is a confirmation of the highest quality of office space, its adaptation to people’s needs and creating the healthiest working environment. Ultimately, the complex is to be 100% powered by wind energy and that from photovoltaic installations. Recycled materials and those with low VOC emissions are used for its construction. On the other hand, the green areas around Centrum Południe are tended without the use of harmful pesticides and herbicides. The project is also distinguished by the first pavement using green concrete in the capital of Lower Silesia. The anti-smog surface implemented at the first stage of the investment will have a total of 1,380 sq m. and will help neutralize pollution emitted by by cars.
