Galileo Olimp Resort & Residences, developed by the Certion company in the Olimp resort on the south of the seaside, has received the building permit and will become an All Fun Inclusive ecosystem that will concentrate multiple points of attraction.
Galileo Olimp Resort & Residences will have a five-storey building with 173 apartments, an esplanade with restaurants, terraces, cafes, cocktail bar, high street shops as well as a promenade area. It will also offer various facilities for residents, such as underground parking, children’s playgrounds, wellbeing services and SPA. Completion is scheduled for May 2023, and the investment amounts to over EUR 20 million.
