The Grand, a multi-use project in Bucharest, has now almost fully leased its office component. Of the building’s 12,000 sqm of office space, only 70 sqm are still available.
Teva Pharmaceuticals leased the whole ninth floor of the complex. The pharmaceutical company is Grand Offices newest tenant and joins companies like Bombardier, Strabag, EPS Corporation, Thermomax, Superlite, Transenergo, Teaha Management Consulting and Fidexpert.
The Grand is the biggest multifunctional luxury complex in Romania with a total area of 85,000 sqm distributed over 13 floors, including two underground parking levels. In addition to offices, the project offers a commercial gallery, a Marriott hotel and a World Class beauty salon.
