The Klán brothers became the majority owners of the Tesla investment company

The new majority owners of Tesla investiční společnost (TIS) are brothers Martin and Václav Klán, who have so far been involved in development and real estate while managing the Amadeus Real Estate family group. The entire transaction was recently approved by the Czech National Bank, under whose supervision the TIS falls. The company announced yesterday. It did not disclose the price of the transaction. The current value of the fund’s assets is around two billion crowns.

By purchasing a 100% stake in Wealth Management Services, which is the parent company of TIS, Klán is also entering the area of ​​financial markets, specifically real estate funds.

“We will want to strengthen TIS’s position by creating additional funds, including qualified investor funds, and acquiring existing funds. We anticipate expanding the investment portfolio to include Amadeus Real Estate’s premium projects, such as the May Department Store, where soon its complete reconstruction will begin, “said Martin Klán.” After ten years of work, it’s time to change the goals of his professional life,” added Martin Folprecht, who still owns 100% of Wealth Management Services.

Tesla investment companies have been operating on the market since 2007 and have been managing the Realita real estate fund since 2009. It now manages 27 properties throughout the Czech Republic, mainly medical, industrial, administrative, commercial or residential. In total, the Realita fund has more than 13,000 investors and is one of the conservative real estate funds in the Czech Republic with a low level of risk. The current annual yield is 5.35 percent. The minimum investment is CZK 500.
