The Landmark, an office project planned near Piata Romana street in Bucharest, is moving forward. The project will offer 2,000 sqm of space in three buildings. Completion of the project is currently set for 2016. The project’s investors include Michael Hadijpavlou and Dan Cojocaru of Proiect Bucuresti. Costs are expected to total €55m, but no financing agreement for the scheme has yet been signed..
