The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has been exclusively retained to mediate the sale of the units in the Na Petřinách 7 residential project created by the All New Development company together with the SUNCAD architectural studio. The boutique apartment house was successfully completed and received final approval at the end of this winter. Three apartments currently remain for sale and are move-in ready.
The project has proceeded according to the schedule, and so six months after construction first started the energy-efficient Na Petřinách 7 apartment house is ready for its first residents to move in.
