The new Crestyl Semerínka residential project will offer 170 apartments in Prague’s Radlice

24 August 2022

Crestyl today presented its new Semerínka project located in Prague’s Radlice. The building, consisting of four blocks of different heights sensitively copying the terrain in which it stands, will offer 170 apartments and an unobstructed view of Prague and the surrounding greenery from the upper floors. A community garden and facilities for families with children will then grow in the inner blocks. The unique location guarantees easy access by metro and proximity to nature. The investment in the project amounts to CZK 1.5 billion. Preparatory construction work should begin at the turn of the year, and completion of the entire project is scheduled for the end of 2025.

“We are continuing our strategy of strengthening our residential portfolio. The new project is a good complement to our current flagship on the opposite side of the center of the capital, Vinohrady’s Hagibor. In addition, we know the location of Prague 5 well and we are happy that we can present our next project here,” says Simon Johnson, director of Crestyl. “Semerínka is unique in that it combines usually opposite benefits – easy access by metro and proximity to the center of the metropolis with untouched nature within reach. And the background of the house also supports community life and gatherings,” adds Johnson.

Semerínka consists of four blocks of different heights sensitively copying the terrain. Thanks to the well-thought-out architecture, they do not shade each other, and not only from the upper floors there is an unobstructed view towards the valley to the panorama of the old town, Smíchov and further across the Vltava to Podolí and Pankrác or directly to the surrounding greenery. The architectural studio of David Chmelař is behind the form of the project, the outdoor spaces were designed by garden architect Petr Hodonický.

Semerínka will offer 170 apartments of all sizes, most of them with loggias or front gardens. As is usual with the projects of the Crestyl group, the apartments are characterized by the high quality of the materials used and the emphasis on functional design. Even apparent details are thought of and the most modern technologies are used exactly according to the requirements of future residents. Of course, there are plenty of parking spaces in underground garages, including chargers for electric cars.

The project is located within walking distance of the Jinonice and Radlická metro stations, from where it is just four minutes to Anděl and another few minutes to the center of the metropolis. The railway legend Prague Semmering has a stop in nearby Jinonice and goes all the way to the Main Railway Station. Although Semerínka is located in the neighborhood of Radlická Street, it is surrounded by nature and literally a few minutes’ walk from another world. The immediate surroundings offer a combination of meadows, trees and pastures – countless opportunities to forget the hustle and bustle of the big city. Residents will be able to go to the Převalské horse paddock, to the Dívče hrady ridge, explore the Děvín hillfort or go to the nature reserve Prokopské údolí.

Another modern development is currently being built in the vicinity, including all civic amenities. In the immediate vicinity of Semerínka, there is a swimming pool, a swimming pool, a sports hall, a fitness center and several tennis courts, including a year-round indoor hall. And nothing prevents you from running in nature.

The Semerínka project was created on the basis of an older project that the development and investment company Crestyl bought at the turn of the year from the developer Red Group with a zoning decision already issued. Crestyl has fully integrated it into its portfolio with a new name, identity and, above all, Crestyl standards, which correspond to other activities of the developer.
