The Ministry of Finance has allocated a guarantee ceiling of RON 1.5 billion for 2022, for the the “New Home” program. The “New Home” program is a government program for individuals, which facilitates the purchase of a residential property by contracting state-guaranteed loans.
The program is granted in RON, for the purchase of a single home, and the maximum value of the loan that can be accessed is EUR 66,500 – for homes whose price is maximum of EUR 70,000, the required advance being 5 percent and EUR 119,000 – for homes with a maximum price of EUR 140,000, in this case the required advance being 15 percent.
