Nusco Imobiliara, the real estate developer controlled by the Nusco family, started in the Pipera area of the Capital, where it also has the Pinum showroom next to a door factory, a new residential project.
Nusco City will have 4 blocks in the first phase (G plus 7) with a total of 310 apartments and will be delivered at the beginning of 2022. The second phase, similar to the first phase, will include another 310 apartments and has a deadline of spring 2023.
The developer is currently working on the structure of the first phase, which will be carried out following an investment of about Eur 30-40 million.
