The developer Atenor has announced the completion of the transaction for the sale of the Dacia One office building in Bucharest to Pavăl Holding, owned by the Paval brothers, owners of Dedeman. The closing takes place after the delivery of the building and after the tenants have occupied the rented spaces.
The Dacia One office project has two buildings: the first building, classified as a historical monument and which has 1,500 sqm, but also a new building, of 13,500 sqm. Among the tenants of the building are ING Tech, Nöerr and ESS. The sale price is EUR 50 million.
