The Pavăl brothers once again increased the share capital in the retailer Dedeman

Pavăl Holding, owned by Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, once again increased the share capital of the retailer Dedeman, now by almost RON 260 million, through a cash contribution, and through the issue of 25.9 million new shares. As a result of this new operation, the company’s capital rose to RON 2.47 billion.

Dedeman, the largest local DIY retailer and the largest business developed by Romanian entrepreneurs, reached a turnover of over RON 9 billion last year, with a net profit of RON 1.4 billion.
