Gabriela Lungu, managing partner and creative director of The Practice is leaving the public relations agency she founded in 2006. Oana Bulexa and Monica Jitariuc have been appointed co-managing directors.
Bulexa has 11 years of experience in the communications field. She has worked with Lungu for the past eight years and was one of the first employees hired at The Practice, where she is currently head of the PR department.
Jitariuc has more than 12 years of marketing, advertising and PR experience. She joined The Practice in 2010 to coordinate the agency’s new social media department.
Stefan Iordache, co-founding partner of The Practice and COO of Leo Burnett Group Romania, will acquire Lungu’s shares in the company and support the new management team.
The Practice posted a turnover of more than €1.3m in 2011.
