The real estate projects developed by Iulius Group, part of which are divided at shareholder level with the South African fund Atterbury Europe, generated last year a turnover of RON 522 million, 12 percent less than in 2019. All in all, the same projects brought a profit of RON 6 million in 2020, from RON 70 million in 2019 and RON 434 million in 2018.
Four of the eight projects registered were at a loss in 2020, while the other four reduced their profits last year compared to the previous year.
