The Qualis I ensemble in Brasov is expanding with 3 new blocks of flats, a themed playground and a parking building. The area allocated to the new development is 1.52 hectares, and the entire Qualis I project covers 2.7 hectares. The works will start this year, and the delivery deadline is December 2023. In just a few months from the completion of the concept, over 80 percent of the apartments for sale in Qualis I have been booked.
