HASTA Capital has acquired a mixed use asset for $51.5m in Manassas Park, Virginia. The Residences at City Center is a 291-unit apartment community with 43,708 sq ft of ground-floor retail space. The building sits directly across from the Manassas Park Virginia Railway Express (VRE) station along Manassas Drive in Prince William County.
Community amenities include an outdoor pool with lounge area and grill station, a clubhouse and business center, a Wi-Fi cafe and a mix of surface parking and single-car garages. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the unnamed seller.
