Trei Real Estate Poland has obtained an occupancy permit for the second stage of the Bacciarelli 54 estate. The investment, located on Wielka Wyspa in Wrocław, offers spacious, high-standard apartments surrounded by a park and natural greenery. The Bacciarelli 54 estate will ultimately consist of 14 buildings. In total, Trei will provide 278 apartments in four phases of the investment.
As part of the second stage of the estate, the developer completed three intimate villas with twenty-seven spacious apartments. Trei has just obtained an occupancy permit for him, which means that in the coming weeks the owners will start collecting the keys to the premises and the estate will be filled with more residents. In the sale of the second stage of the investment, which ended in August 2021, buyers had a choice of premises with areas ranging from 41 to 81 sq m. These are 2, 3 and 4-room apartments with large windows, of non-standard height, i.e. 3.05 m, and some of them in the living room up to 3.75 m, which makes the spaces bright and spacious. Trei also took care of the aesthetics of the staircases, in which, in addition to high-quality finishing elements, he designed a wall with natural greenery.
These apartments are high-standard flats, distinguished by simple, stylish and nature-compatible architecture, and above all, by their location. When designing and implementing the Bacciarelli 54 housing estate, we wanted to take full advantage of the landscape values of Wielka Wyspa – a place known as the green lung of Wrocław, whose additional advantage is the Oder shipping canal. By respecting the naturally occurring greenery, we wanted to maintain a unique atmosphere and provide residents with a green enclave in the heart of Wrocław,
comments Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland.
70 percent of the area of the Bacciarelego 54 estate are green areas, and the focal point of the investment is a private park with small architecture, planted with plants with the highest carbon dioxide absorption coefficient. Residents will be able to rest among the flowery meadows that the developer has taken care of, as well as grow their own crops in the local vegetable garden.
The first stage of the Bacciarelli 54 estate, in which the developer has completed 62 units, is already inhabited. The entire estate will ultimately consist of 14 buildings and 278 apartments, which Trei will provide in four investment phases. Currently, the third stage is under construction, which is to be ready by the end of this year, and the last, fourth stage, which the investor announces at the end of 2023.
“At the moment, we have about 16% of flats for sale in the entire estate. Therefore, buyers can choose from forty-six apartments from the third and fourth phase of the investment, including one and two-level premises with mezzanines. For those interested, we have prepared a show flat, where customers can see the arrangement possibilities of the designed spaces and feel the atmosphere of the estate,” adds Jacek Wesołowski.
The estate that is being built in Wrocław at 54 Bacciarelli is surrounded by areas conducive to walks and recreation. These include the Szczytnicki Park, the Biskupiński Park and the Opatowicka Island. The Centennial Hall, the ZOO, the Africarium and the Four Domes Pavilion are also nearby. The advantage of Bacciarelli 54 is also good communication with other parts of the city, for example, buses 145, 253 and 255 depart from the Bartoszewice stop.
The general contractor of the Bacciarelli 54 residential project is AWM Budownictwo S.A. In addition to the investment in Wrocław, the developer is constructing the Kraft estate at ul. Traktorowa in Łódź.
