The thermal insulation panel manufacturer Kotar from Poland, the HVAC element manufacturer Pro Piping Products from Belgium and the bio products distributor Pronat have fully leased the third building that the Swiss from Artemis developed in the Sânandrei Industrial Park near Timisoara.
“If, at the beginning of the pandemic, we had already built and rented the Artemis II building, in the second part of the pandemic we started the process of authorizing and building the Artemis III building. It was a difficult period, in which we had to face the challenges of the pandemic, but also of the logistics chain, regarding construction materials,” says Adriana Cioca, managing director of Artemis Romania.
The Sândrei Industrial Park covers 10.5 hectares, and the last building built has an area of 6,500 sqm.
