The Topolinski family is preparing a block of flats with 200 apartments

InteRo Property Development, a company owned by the Topolinski family of Canadian investors, bought a 5,000 sqm land in Bucharest, Sector 1, from the Romanian Patriarchate, which together with an adjacent land it already owned, totaling an area of 8,000 sqm. The company wants to develop 200 homes. The investment in the new project amounts to 44 million euros.

The project has the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) and the Urbanism Certificate (CU) necessary for the issuance of the Construction Permit. Construction work is scheduled to begin later this year.
