The Valea Cireșilor residential project announces the start of sales, offering a unique urban planning perspective – the first pedestrian neighborhood built around a 12,000 sqm private park. The 118 houses will be built on an area of 100,000 sqm in Corbeanca.
The investment in the project amounts to EUR 20 million. It will be developed in two stages. The first phase consists of 33 houses and the private park of 12,000 sqm and will start this summer.
The residential project is developed by businessman Bogdan Georgescu, former managing partner at the real estate consulting firm Colliers International.
“We plan to build a residential neighborhood like we see in the West or the United States, but at a regular price. Without having to have an unlimited bank account to be able to move into a beautiful, well-thought-out and built house, have a spacious yard and be part of a great community, with all the amenities at hand,” mentions Bogdan Georgescu , the founder of the project.
