A Summer of Sports, Speaking and Real Estate
This summer is a frenetic ‘sports fest’ with Wimbledon just ending, the World Cup coming to its conclusion, test matches and the Tour de France beginning in the magnificent county of Yorkshire (now then, MYBAPS), and likewise it has been another frantic quarter for real estate, financing and M&A transactions at Wilson & Partners. The firm has closed several deals, including the sale of the Balabenka office building for Skanska, with the Prague team led by Daniel Navratil, and a financing for UniCredit bank with CTP led by Jan Krakora. The firm has a good pipeline of work for the third quarter as the market maintains the momentum of late last year/early this year, and it is good to see a more positive mood in the market…
