The NBR approved the appointment of Theodor Stănescu as General Manager of Crédit Agricole Romania. Vista Bank completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Romania last week and the integration of the two entities is expected to be completed in 2022. Vista Bank and Crédit Agricole Romania will operate independently until the integration is completed.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial-banking sector, Theodor Stanescu was deputy chief executive officer within Vista Bank for 14 years and is a member of the institution’s board.
