Therus is planning to build an office complex around Vía Poblados in Madrid. The project will go up on a 21,000 sqm plot and offer 33,123 sqm of office space in two buildings as well as 800 underground parking spots. The two buildings will be linked by a covered pedestrian walkway. Construction is scheduled to begin in October.
