London-based financial research firm Third Bridge has taken an entire floor at Ivanhoe Cambridge’s 1411 Broadway near Times Square. The new lease for 25,261 sqf will allow the company to add as many as 100 additional staffers. Third Bridge first opened a New York city office in 2012 with fewer than 10 employees. Evan Margolin and Lance Leighton of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the long-term lease. The landlord was represented by a CBRE team led by Paul Amrich which handles leasing at 1411 Broadway.
