Vastint Romania was awarded with LEED Platinum for the third building in its Timpuri Noi Square project in Bucharest. The building scored 92 points in the certification process. Vastint also secured a LEED Platinum certificate for Building A of Business Garden Bucharest at the end of last year. “Our main objective in Vastint was to deliver not only good-looking projects but also viable ones that will ensure our tenants that we are a highly trustable partener,” said Antoniu Panait, managing director of Vastint Romania. “We are confident that all these efforts have led our projects to the amazing results of today. Business Garden Bucharest and Timpuri Noi Square are now LEED Platinum certified, with the highest score in Romania.”
