The shell and core of the residential scheme Ecocity Malešice by JRD has been completed, meaning that the project is due to be handed over in the spring of 2020. All but two of the 80 units, designed to be energy efficient, have been sold. The project’s general contractor is currently preparing to install wooden windows with triple glazing. “Thanks to the use of sustainable technology including managed ventilation and heat recuperation, residents can live a heathy and comfortable interior environment,” said Pavel Krumpar, sales director at JRD. When these two buildings are completed, Ecocity Malešice will comprise seven apartment buildings.
