ATAL, a nationwide developer, is continuing the Osiedle Poematu III project in Warsaw. It is being built in the dynamically developing Wawer district, which is gaining in popularity thanks to, among other things road connections to the city centre. By launching the third stage of the project, ATAL has enriched the capital’s offer with 166 units. The flats cost between PLN 12,450 and PLN 14,230 per square metre in developer condition and are included in the proprietary booking pro-gramme ‘Decision by instalments’.

It is well below the average offer, but also below the average transaction price for the Warsaw market.
