Serbia’s first Hotel Sheraton will open in Novi Sad on March 1 following a €12m investment by MK Group. The hotel will offer 160 rooms spread across 11,000 sqm, with seven conference rooms and 800 seats. This hotel will have the potential to organize biggest gatherings in area. Members of Sheraton loyalty club will have special benefits.
The first Hilton and Mama Shelter hotels will also open March 1 in Belgrade. The 5-star Hilton hotel will have 8 floors, while offering accommodation in 242 rooms and underground parking. The value of the investment is $70m. Mama Shelter is a French hotel chain and will be located next to the Rajiceva Shopping Center, in central Belgrade. This 4-star hotel will have 125 rooms, conference halls, restaurant and other services.
