River Development has signed three new tenants at its Sema Office and Sema Parc schemes in Bucharest this year. Praktiker took 1,200 sqm at Sema Office’s Brussels building, while Studio Moderna signed on for 2,500 sqm of class A space on the ground floor of the Paris building in a deal brokered by Colliers International. Mega Image, meanwhile, signed a leased on 705 sqm of commercial at Sema Parc.
