Portland Trust secured three new tenants for the recently refurbished Praha City Center in Prague 1. The new tenants took 3,000 sqm of the office building’s 16,000 sqm. Two law firms – Pokorný, Wagner & partneři and David & Macek leased 1,615 sqm and 400 sqm respectively, while Czech Railways signed on for 900 sqm. Other tenants include Regus, Amgen and Baker & McKenzie. Developer and asset manager Portland Trust, which oversaw the construction and is now responsible for leasing the building, believes the remaining 2,000 sqm of space will be filled by the end of the year. Praha City Center is owned by the pan-European real estate investment fund Tristan Capital Partners.
