Malta Office Park, an office complex managed by EPP, is a natural choice for business, especially for companies looking for a quiet and comfortable work space, created with care for the environment. Numerous amenities, an attractive location near green areas or the high standards of the complex’s management have led to Malta Office Park’s tenants being joined by the not-for-profit organisation GS1 Polska, as well as the companies Inetum Polska and Espeo Software. The total space in buildings A and C covered by lease agreements amounts to more than 1,500 sqm.
The GS1 Polska foundation has had its headquarters in Malta Office Park since December. The local branch manages the international standards of the GS1 system, assigns numbers identifying goods and services, authorises the use of barcodes and radio tags, among others. This enables easier and smoother cooperation between companies forming supply chains.
“One of the aspects that influenced the choice of our new office space is the unique location of Malta Office Park. The complex is close to the city while offering beautiful green surroundings. Malta Office Park also offers numerous amenities, such as a Medicover medical facility and service points, which allow us to run many errands efficiently,” comments Joanna Redmer, CEO of GS1 Poland.
Another tenant that has joined the Poznań complex is Inetum Polska. The company provides IT services, creating dedicated solutions for banks, insurance, communications, retail and automotive companies.
Malta Office Park will welcome Espeo Software, which develops and implements software for representatives of the financial industry, at the beginning of 2024. Espeo Software’s knowledge and experience in blockchain and online payments, among others, enables it to help clients create innovative fintech solutions.
“A distinguishing feature of Malta Office Park is the building’s green location, which is also appreciated by our tenants. We draw inspiration from nature, acting with respect for it and connecting it with the business world. All buildings in the complex are powered by 100 per cent renewable energy and lit with energy-efficient LED technology. In addition, users of the facility have facilities for cyclists or electric vehicle chargers at their disposal. These are just selected examples of facilities that engage tenants in actions for the planet,” adds Agnieszka Gola, Leasing Manager at EPP.
The project, consisting of six independent buildings, combines modern architecture, excellent space quality and environmentally friendly solutions, as evidenced by the BREEAM Excellent certification. The complex also boasts a WELL Health and Safety rating.
