Blue Space, Pflegehilfe Schweiz and Private Care have leased in total 700 sqm at Marynarska Tower in Warsaw. The three new tenants were represented by Vertigo Property Group during the lease process. Marynarska Tower is located in the Służewiec neighborhood of Warsaw’s Mokotów district and includes 6,400 sqm of leasable office space on 12 floors as well as 380 parking spots. The owner of the property is Octava Property Trust.
