Representatives of the executive board of the German company ThyssenKrupp have met with the Bulgarian Economy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski to discuss their long-term interest
in the industrial zones of Ruse and Vidin.
The German steel producing company entered the Bulgarian market in 2015 by merging with the steel company Jupiter Stomana. Meanwhile, ThyssenKrupp developed storage and production sites in Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse and Burgas. The company’s intends to take part in the modernization of the port in Lom, the construction of a fishing port in the Burgas neighbourhood of Sarafovo and the construction of a logistics center in Varna.
