Interior design studio Tillberg Design of Sweden has leased 1,000 sqm at the Nowy Targ office building in Wrocław. Knight Frank advised the tenant during the lease process. The building, which is currently under development by Skanska, will offer 22,000 sqm on seven floors. The project has been designed in accordance with LEED Platinum certification and is also to be certified under the Buildings Without Barriers’ scheme. The investment will be handed over in August.
