CBRE has announced that Tim Gifford and his team will leading the Capital Advisors line of business in Latin America. Gifford will assume the role of Managing Director, Capital Advisors Latin America. Gifford says the group will continue to focus on market-leading capital market transactions in Mexico, Central and South America. He previously held the titles of Senior Vice President of CBRE Capital Markets as part of the Institutional Properties and Global Capital Markets Groups and Director of Capital Markets for CBRE Latin America & the Caribbean. “As the markets of Mexico, Central and South America continue to grow, we are very excited to expand our already successful capital markets efforts in that region,” said CBRE Florida & Latin America President, Mary Jo Eaton.
