Tino, a shoe factory founded 125 years ago in Brașov, has been closed and its properties are being promised for sale to a company owned by Belgian investors Jan Demeyere and Didier Balcaen, founders of the Belgian real estate developer Speedweel.
In Tino’s property there is a land of about 17,600 sqm, which is divided into 37 lots, as well as the former production halls.
The real estate developer Speedwell also bought the land of the former 1 Iunie textile factory in Timișoara last month. The purchase was made with the aim of developing a project with homes, offices and shops on this land.
