Tirex Tyre sold its warehouse and bought a new one in Panattoni Park Prague Airport II in Pavlov on the western outskirts of Prague. The tire wholesaler will operate on 15,000 sqm of space in a new hall that the CBRE real estate agency helped to acquire. Panattoni will complete the BTS facility in August. CBRE also brokered sale of the 10,000 sqm Tirex Tyre warehouse in Modletice for which Michal Urbánek, head of Tirex Tyre, says the company achieved a very good price on the current hot market. The new hall Tirex Tyre purchased in Pavlovice provides quick access to the D6, D7 and D5 motorways, the Prague ring road and to the airport.
