Tiriac Holdings is planning to develop a mixed-use project in Bucharest’s Expozitiei area. The project will spread over a 70,000 sqm plot and include flats, offices, a hotel and commercial spaces. There will also be underground parking. An Expozitiei metro station exit will also open close by in the future, giving workers and residents a direct connection to the city’s public transit network.
