Tiriac Group, controlled by Ion Tiriac, is poised to break ground on a number of residential projects in Bucharest as well as several other big cities across the country, including Timisoara and Brasov. The company recently launched flat sales for the fourth phase of its Residez project in Chitila, about 9 km north of Bucharest. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of next year.
