The Social and Economic Investment Company (TISE) and Unimax Development have extended their lease agreements at 56 Okopowa in Warsaw. After taking up the additional space Unimax Development has nearly 150 sqm, while TISE leased an additional 150 sqm in the property. Knight Frank, which is the building’s sole agent and property manager, acted on behalf of the Bergold Group, the property owner. Okopowa 56 is located in the Wola district of Warsaw. The property offers 18,000 sqm of leasable space.
