TLG Immobilien has acquired an office property in Eschborn, a town near Frankfurt, from a group of private investors which were advised on this transaction by Savills. The purchase price was €14.5m. The property was built in 2001 and offers 7,800 sqm of office space and 144 parking spaces. The building is nearly fully leased. The anchor tenants include Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Noratis AG.
