TLG Immobilien has acquired the Forum am Brühl office and retail complex in Leipzig. The sellers were Tristan Capital, AEW Europe and Caleus Capital for its pan-European real estate fund Episo. The price of the deal was not disclosed.

“The acquisition of the Forum am Brühl property in the center of Leipzig marks the third time this year that we have successfully expanded our portfolio focused primarily on office and retail properties,” said Niclas Karoff, a member of the management Board at TLG Immobilien.

The property, located on the corner of Richard-Wagner-Strasse 1-3 and Brühl 65/67, was completed in 1997. The building offers 26,500 sqm of leasable space, of which 90 percent is offices and 10 percent is retail. Tenants include Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Apotheker-und Ärztebank and SBK Siemens.
