TMC Engine Center, an affiliate of the Florida-based FAA Repair Station, has inked a 38,900 square foot warehouse lease in Medley. The new facility, located at 8545 Northwest 79th Avenue, is a 10 percent increase of the company’s last location. Built in 1997, the firm will take more than half of the 68,129 sqf building. TMC Engine Center is a FAA part 145 and EASA Part 145 approved facility based out of Miami Florida providing repair and overhaul of Pratt and Whitney JT8D-1 thru 17AR and JT8D-200 series engines. Transwestern’s Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg, Thomas Kresse, and Carlos Gaviria represented the tenant while the Vivo Group represented the landlord, Lucky Industrial Park.
