The outsourcing services provider TMF Group Romania has decided to extend its 1,500 sqm lease in Central Business Park. The deal was brokered by Knight Frank Romania.
“The client’s decision to continue their operations in Central Business Park was mainly influenced by the advantages offered by the area. Piata Unirii is one of the most attractive business areas in Bucharest and the whole central area currently has an occupancy rate of about 85-percent,” said Horaţiu Florescu, Chairman & CEO of Knight Frank.
