First Bristol Corporation has tapped Tocci Building Companies to provide construction management services for a new Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel in Worcester, MA. The 118-key project, located at 1 Washington Square, will rise to six stories while offering a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and parking for 120 cars. The $21 million project is expected to be completed in February 2017.“We look forward to our continued partnership with First Bristol Corporation as we deliver the company’s first hotel in Worcester,” said John Tocci, Chief Enabling Officer at Tocci Building Companies, speaking at the groundbreaking event. “We will use lean construction methodologies to deliver the Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel in this growing and vibrant neighborhood.”
